Last January 19, a very emotional Sharon Cuneta can be heard over Instagram as she said her goodbye once again to daughter Frankie Pangilinan before the latter heads for New York where she's currently pursuing a college degree.

“Our home is suddenly so quiet again. My sweet, loving baby girl is once again so far away from me. From us. See you again soon, my Baba,” she wrote.

She left for New York last night. Our home is suddenly so quiet again. My sweet, loving baby girl is once again so far away from me. From us. See you again soon, my Baba. I am so proud to be your mother. My heart continues to break as I miss you more and more. But you're Mama's big girl now. Am so proud of how well you've been doing away from home. I love you more than life itself and thank God for you and your pure heart every single day.

But the cry fest didn't stop there. As it turns out, tears were also shed at the airport by sisters Frankie and Miel.

On her Twitter account, Frankie shared before and after pictures of her and her sister hugging in the airport.

The bond between the siblings definitely touched Sharon's heart as she posted a screenshot of Frankie's post on Instagram.

“Awww… my two precious girls who are so close that it is enjoyable just watching them do stuff together at home, listening to how happy they are while talking,” she wrote.

“The pic on the left was taken when Kakie arrived home Dec. 18 last year.

“The photo on the right was taken on January 19, just before Kakie left for NY. Both taken at the airport.

“Kakie has been calling Yellie her 'baby Peanut' since Yeyie was in my tummy.

“These photos are so sweet. These are my loving, good-hearted girls who truly treasure me and our family. I am so proud to be their mother!”
